Payment of commissions and orders
We accept the following forms of payment upon completion of your order, Paypal, cheque or postal order.
When payment has been received and cleared we will dispatch the complete order to you via registered post.
If we are posting overseas i.e. outside the UK we will aim to send registered in whatever form that takes.
Completion dates
We will e-mail, fax or phone to advise you when your order is near completion and will try to give an approximate finish date.
Cancelling a commission
If you cancel a commission before we have started work on it, then we will return your castings to you however this will incur a small p&p fee.
If we have started painting your order and you wish to cancel we will expect full payment for what we have finished plus a p&p return fee.
Supply of castings and artwork ownership
All artwork and castings are considered our property until full payment has been made.
If you wish us to supply castings we can, however you will need to send us the cost of the castings and p&p.
