Refunds

We believe in the quality of our products as everyone is handmade and quality checked by us personally. If a product has become faulty or damaged as result of postage please refer to ‘Wrong or damaged items. If there is any other reason you would need a refund for example you are not satisfied with the product, then we will refund you the full amount upon receipt of goods into our possession. We will only offer this opportunity for refund for seven days after receipt of your goods and will not refund after this period has expired. Any postage fee’s will need to be incurred by yourself.

Lost post

All packages will be sent in a method that can be tracked, this means receipt of the goods at your address will need to be signed for. In the unlikely event an item does go missing then we will send a replacement item only when we are satisfied that item truly was lost.

Wrong or damaged items

If we have sent you the wrong item or it has been damaged, we ask that you contact us in writing via email or post first. Once we have assessed the damage and confirmed it against your order, we will ask you to send the item back (postage will be paid for) and we will send the correct product in replacement at no extra postage.

Intellectual property

All text and imagery on our website is under our copyright, we give you permission to use text and images for non commercial purposes. If you wish to use any of them for commercial gain please contact us and ask permission in writing first.
