Victrix Napoleonic British assembly walkthrough
Clip all necessary parts from the sprue with a pair of cutters, these can be like the ones in the picture or simply a pair of nail clippers.
Carefully so as not to detract or distort the detail on the figure, remove any remaining parts of the sprue and the mold line, this can be done with a combination of scalpel and clippers. Bear in mind to cut away from your person or persons in the area while cutting the mould line with the scalpel.
Now it is time to glue the main body of the figure onto you’re desired base. We have chosen a 30mm diameter recessed display base, this would be fine for display purpose but if you wanted to base in a unit then a different temporary base would suffice. We would suggest a square of card however all of this is entirely to your preference. Super glue the underside of the plastic bottom on the figure and press into desired position on the base holding for a few seconds while it bonds.
Carefully apply a small amount of super glue to the area of the figure that you’re joining the limb, head, gun or backpack to. Then press the part onto the correct area and hold for a few seconds while it bonds. A tip for removing excess unwanted glue is to roll some tissue to a point and use it to wipe away the excess.

Now the figure is ready to be primed and painted!
